Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • Fly boxes, flies, and accessories must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Clothing must be returned in brand new condition, with no signs of wear, including no stains, tears, or damage of any kind.
Please note:
  • A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If the exchange is due to an error on our end, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
