Royal Coachman Jig Nymph

A classic pattern adapted into a jig-style nymph, the Royal Coachman Jig is built to get down quickly and drift naturally near the bottom. Its peacock herl body, red thread accent, and CDC collar give it a subtle mix of flash, movement, and natural profile.

A versatile choice for trout when fish are feeding below the surface, this fly works well in rivers, streams, and pocket water. Fish it under an indicator, as part of a euro-nymphing setup, or as a dropper beneath a dry fly.
